Inline
|
When additional operations are added to a printed product before it comes off the press, such as punching, die cutting, perforating, numbering or applying varnish or UV coatings. Other equipment is capable of using the inline process also. Any operation that can be done without taking it off one piece of equipment and taking it to another is being done inline. Also bring several pieces of equipment together so the product feeds automatically to the next operation is considered inline processing.
