Self Mailers

The self mailers can consist of a reply envelope that can be constructed in several ways. Shown below are samples and descriptions of the most common types available.

Self Mailer with Patch Envelope

The mailer can have an envelope constructed by adding a patch that is glued on three edges, leaving the fourth edge unglued to use as the envelope opening. The patch type envelope would be constructed when the mailer is manufactured.

Self Mailer with Integrated Envelope

The integrated envelope is constructed from the mailer itself. Most self mailers with an integrated envelope would have the envelope formed when it goes through the folder/sealer. The panel forming the envelope is folded up and sealed to form the envelope at the same time as the mailer is sealed.

Hand Out Mailer with Integrated Envelope

A self mailer that is a hand out mailer with an integrated reply envelope would have the envelope constructed when the mailer is manufactured.
